Zur Unterstützung von unserem Bereichsleiter der Schreinerei, Flechterei & Elektronik suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für eine Assistenzstelle im zweiten Arbeitsmarkt.
Das sind Deine Aufgaben:
- Postverarbeitung (Ein- und Ausgang)
- Bearbeitung von E-Mails
- Professionelles entgegennehmen von Anrufen
- Protokollführung während Sitzungen
- Allgemeine administrative Arbeiten
- Empfang und Betreuung von Volunteers
- Selbständige Durchführung von Führungen für Gruppen & Besucher in der Stiftung
- Unterstützung der Bereichsleitung in organisatorischen und administrativen Belangen
- Mithilfe bei einfachen Tätigkeiten im Produktionsumfeld
Dein Profil:
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Erfahrung in der Administration
- Einsatzfreude, Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit und Flexibilität
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise (Einzelarbeit gewohnt)
- Sehr gute Umgangsformen und gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
- Kommunikative und humorvolle Persönlichkeit mit Freude am Kontakt mit unterschiedlichen Menschen
- Bezug einer IV-Rente (mindestens positiver Vorbescheid) oder Kostengutsprache vom Gemeindesozialamt
