Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams in der internen Hauswartung suchen wir Verstärkung.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Allgemeine Unterhalts- und Reinigungsarbeiten im Innen- und Aussenbereich
- Pflege der Anlagen und Grünflächen
- Kleinere Reparaturen und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
- Kontrolle und Auffüllen von Verbrauchsmaterialien
- Mitarbeit bei der Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Betrieb
Dein Profil:
- Handwerkliches Geschick und Freude an praktischen Arbeiten
- Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Körperlich belastbar
- Teamfähig und hilfsbereit
- verlässig, loyal, einsatzfreudig, pünktlich und flexibel
- Gepflegte Erscheinung sowie sehr gute Umgangsformen
- Offenheit für verändernde Aufgaben in einem sich entwickelnden Arbeitsfeld
- IV-Rente (mindestens positiver Vorbescheid) oder Kostengutsprache des Gemeindesozialamts
