Das sind Deine Aufgaben:
- Unterhaltsreinigungen der Treppenhäuser und sanitären Anlagen
- Fensterreinigungen
- Kleinere Reparaturen
- Pflege der Aussenanlagen
Dein Profil:
- Berufserfahrung in der Reinigung und/oder Hauswartung von Vorteil
- Freude am selbständigen Arbeiten
- Körperlich fit und belastbar
- Handwerkliches Geschick sowie Sinn für Saubekeit und Ordnung
- Einsatzfreudigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
- Freude an abwechslungsreicher Arbeit
- Teamgeist und gute Umgangsformen
- Bezug einer IV-Rente (mindestens positiver Vorbescheid) oder Kostengutsprache vom Gemeindesozialamt
