Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams in der Informatik suchen wir Verstärkung.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Bearbeitung von IT-Supportanfragen mittels unseres internen Ticketsystems
- Schulen und unterstützen der Nutzer*innen bei der Einführung von ICT-Tools und Anwendungen
- Erstellen von Gebrauchsanleitungen und Checklisten
- Unterstützen bei Problemen per Telefon oder vor Ort
- Warten der Hardware
- Mitwirken an diversen Projekten
- Aufbau und Pflege der Datenbanken
- Softwarelösungen für neue oder bestehende Produkte und Abläufe realisieren
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Bereich Informatik, IT-Support oder Digitalisierung
- Technisches Verständnis sowie Interesse an digitalen Prozessen und IT-Tätigkeiten
- Hohe Genauigkeit, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Lernbereitschaft
- Zuverlässig, loyal, einsatzfreudig, pünktlich und flexibel
- Gepflegte Erscheinung sowie sehr gute Umgangsformen
- Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Offenheit für neue Aufgaben in einem sich entwickelnden Arbeitsumfeld
- IV-Rente (mindestens positiver Vorbescheid) oder Kostengutsprache des Gemeindesozialamts
