La Fondation Saint-Hubert est une institution sociale de droit privé selon art. 80 et ss. du Code civil suisse. Elle a pour objectif d'offrir un cadre professionnel et éducatif adapté à des personnes adultes aux problématiques de handicap de degré léger à moyen (physique, psychique, mental, sensoriel, troubles légers du spectre autistique), reconnues invalides au sens de la Loi fédérale du 19 juin 1959 sur l'assurance-invalidité. Se déployant sur l'ensemble du Valais romand, son siège social est à Sion.
